Nurse’s Stations at Westminster Canterbury

At the health care wing of Westminster Canterbury, Brooks & Co. recently completed (3) new nurse’s stations (each on a different floor). The job included paint gradeÂ curved millwork with granite work tops. Associated support spaces behind the new stations were also renovated.
VDOT Residency Equipment Shop
Architect: Virginia A&E
This project consisted of an 1,800 square foot addition to the VDOT equipment shop located in Charlottesvile. The work included (2) new service bays and minor renovations to the existing shop building. Along with new heating and electrical systems, a vehicle exhaust system was also installed.
Our Lady of Hope
Architect: Collins & Kronstadt, Leahy & Hogan
This project involved the renovation and expansion of the entry to this elder care facility in Henrico County. The work substantially increased the size of the covered areas and provided a pleasant seating arrangement for patrons and visitors alike. Brick edged, decorative concrete pads were installed on each side of the main walk way and ornamental columns and railing provied enclosure for those spaces. A hip roof structure covers each of the new spaces and tied back into the existing covered entrance walkway. Minor yard light alterations, landscaping, and irrigation were required.
Jefferson Davis Shopping Center

The Jefferson Davis Shopping Center was created to serve as a small retail strip mall along Jefferson Davis Highway.
Leadbetter Road Office Building
Architect: Balzer & Associates
This office building was constructed at the corner of Leadbetter Road and Air Park Road in the Hanover Air Park. The project consisted of renovating an existing office building and developing an addition that more than doubled the footprint of the building.
A new 4,300 SF office with warehouse was constructed for Coopers Marine.
